Why did some of my footage not get processed into clips?

Our goal is to generate as many clips as possible out of your content for distribution. Our curators are experts in knowing what the distributors will accept or reject, so those are the standards that we go by. While rare, if there’s ever any content that you were expecting would get turned into clips but didn’t – feel free to resubmit just that content with a note for us to take another look, and we will.
