Where can I get samples of model and property releases?

We have sample PDFs under your username/Release Templates that you can download. These releases are standard for all the major distributors. Please make sure to fill out all the required information – your entire pkg will be rejected if the model releases are incomplete and you will need to fix and re-upload.
